Hello! My name is Sabrina Pyles (formerly Armstrong). I am a certified Health Coach since 2018. I had a passion for fitness and health since my high school years. Growing up, I was teased for being the chubby cute girl by family and classmates. I wanted to change how others see me, which started my passion for fitness.
As a mother of three beautiful children, I want to give my kids the confidence that I lacked when I was younger. By providing my kids with the knowledge of a healthy lifestyle, I can offer them the opportunity to make better behavioral and lifestyle changes. My passion for health is not only physical but mental as well.
I earned my Masters in Psychology and wanted to tie in my education experience with my approach to health and wellness. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide support and help you achieve your desired goals.
The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by identifying your core mind, body, and spirit challenges to overcome them with confidence. Only then will you fully embrace who you are and start living a happier and healthier life.
